Deposits / Balance

 

Rental deposit is 50% at time of booking and balance is due on arrival.

4% Bank Charge will be added to all Credit Card Transactions.. Master & Visa Card Accepted...
Transactions are Converted and Processed in Barbados Dollars (US$1.00 = BD$2.00)
The Balance can be paid in cash on arrival to skip the 4% bank charge.

We accept no responsibility concerning any accidents, personal injury, medical conditions or theft whilst staying in the accommodation. Any breakage or damage to the owner's property must be reported and paid for. Most owners have a Non Refundable Policy on deposits, however some are willing to alter the dates according to availability if changes are made in advance.

 

For No Shows, the balance will be taken off your credit card on arrival date...
As with all holidays, travel insurance is recommended and covers you or your group for Unforeseen events
