Policy:-  Rental deposit is 20% - 50% at time of booking (Depending on Property Owner) and balance is due 60 days prior to commencement of rental. Deposits are refundable up to the 60 day deadline. However, 50% cancellation fee applies if dates are not re booked. The Balance is Non-Refundable after the 60 day deadline, however most owners are willing to alter the dates according to availability.
