Driver Requirements:

Drivers must be between the ages of 21 and 70 years with a minimum of 3 years driving experience. Drivers are required to present a valid drivers license from their country of residence.

Insurance:

All vehicles are covered by insurance.

First US$ 1000 deductible / excess is payable in the event of an accident caused by driver negligence.

Insurance is VOID if vehicle is driven by an unauthorized person.

A security deposit of $250 US is required at the time of rental for possible damages to the vehicle and is refunded the hirer once the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.

A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) plan is also available instead of the security deposit at a rate of US $12 per day or $60 per week.  If this plan is purchased at the time of rental the US$1000 deductible/excess is limited to US$200. A complete coverage CDW plan is also available upon request of the hirer.

Free delivery and pickup to hotels, private residences or airport during office hours.

Driving Permit:

Local driver's permit mandatory US$5.00

Cancellation Policy:

If you make a reservation, we appreciate 48 hours notice of a cancellation but will not assess a fee if you cancel after that point. In the rare instance where you fail to cancel and are a `no-show` for the designated delivery time, a $60.00US fee will be assessed.

Penalties:

Vehicles are rented on a daily (24 hours) basis beginning at the time of your delivery. After one hour late, hourly charges may apply. After three hours late, a full day charge may apply
